Nancy L. Pearl - Attorney

Co-founder of Miletich Pearl LLC and with more than twenty years' experience in practicing law, Nancy Pearl focuses her practice on insurance coverage law, bad faith claims, and insurance defense. She is also experienced in evaluating insurance coverage issues and handling declaratory judgment actions involving several types of insurance policies, including CGL and Directors and Officers Liability policies, and the defense of bad faith claims in connection with such policies.

Ms. Pearl also has extensive experience in analyzing coverage issues arising from construction defect matters and is adept in analyzing issues under the personal and advertising coverage of CGL policies, including trademark infringement and related matters. Ms. Pearl has represented both policyholders and insurers in coverage matters. She has also defended attorneys and realtors in connection with professional liability claims. Ms. Pearl has experience in aviation cases and in employment matters, representing both employers and employees.

Ms. Pearl also defends personal injury cases and handles litigation in a range of civil matters. She is experienced in mediating, arbitrating and litigating automobile, premises liability, and construction defect cases.

Admitted to practice in the State of Colorado in 1984, Ms. Pearl is also licensed to practice in the U.S. District Court for the District of Colorado. She graduated from the University of Michigan in 1982 with a B.A. in Economics and Sociology, and earned her J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 1984.
