Lucas Lorenz - Attorney

Lucas Lorenz's practice involves litigation in a variety of areas, primarily insurance coverage, insurance bad faith, employment, and insurance defense. He practices in state and federal court at both the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Lorenz also advises insurance clients on coverage questions related to a wide range of personal and commercial insurance policies.

Mr. Lorenz also has experience with Colorado's Premises Liability Act, copyright infringement, construction defect, breach of contract, personal injury, Colorado's Consumer Protection Act, and professional liability. He has experience in all stages of litigation, from advising clients about their options when the threat of litigation first arises to successfully preserving trial court victories at the appellate level.
