Laura Schneider focuses her practice on insurance defense litigation, including first- and third-party liability claims, construction defect coverage litigation, subgrogation claims, and coverage analysis. Experienced in all aspects of litigation, including motions practice, discovery, settlement negotiations, trials and appeals, Ms. Schneider also has experience in the defense of predatory lending claims.
